Mercado Municipal da Avenida

Lagos’s main market hall sits on Avenida dos Descobrimentos facing the fishing dock, and the town hall lists it as open Monday to Saturday, 7:00–14:00. Stalls sell fish and shellfish, meat, fruit and vegetables, honey, regional sweets and crafts, and there is a cafeteria. Go in the morning: it closes at 14:00 and is shut on Sundays.
